Squares

Here are a few more squares. I haven't counted all I have but I do love checking the mail for new ones!
This square is from the Boyd family in Washington. Their wish- May your child find peace in their adoption, love in your family, joy and mystery in their heritage and their place in the world.

What an awesome wish! We hope they will find peace in waiting for their baby girl.

I love this square from the Manielins. They are waiting to be matched with a daughter waiting for them in China. This material says hello in different laungages.

Their wish- Learn from yesterday, live for today and hope for tomorrow.

We wish you all the joy that you can wish From the DiPaolo family in Los Angeles. In the Chinese culture ladybugs are a symbol for luck. For those of us on this roller coaster for China adoptions are counting on every ladybug to bring our babies home soon!

This square is from my mom. It is a piece of my grandpa's sweatshirt that he constantly wore before he died (in JULY). Wearing this shirt was so not like him because he loved dressing up. He did manage to tuck this sweatshirt in and when we'd try to talk him into untucking he'd get mad and tell us we didn't know what was in style.

My mom's wish -

One wish I have for you is laughter. This piece of sweatshirt represents laughter. Your great grandfather "Lil Pa Pa" has given this family plenty of reasons to laugh.

This is from Emma is Stockholm Sweden. Her LID is 3-24-06. It may be possible for us to travel together to China.

Her wish You never wait too long, when you wait for something good".

I have read this many, many times and find
comfort in her wish.

Here's a card from the Gaudiosi in New York. Ladybugs, lady bugs, ladybugs!! Their wish for Molly is
May you always fly gracefully and land in a world of love.
